Northrop Grumman has continued to grow its presence and expand the support it offers to customers, industry partners and universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other Middle East countries for more than 45 years.

Northrop Grumman sold the F-5 Tiger tactical fighter jet to the Royal Saudi Air Force in 1971. In addition to providing the Longbow Fire Control Radars for the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter, the company has been heavily involved in the training and development of Saudi military personnel, most notably providing technology services for the Ministry of the National Guard. In addition, Northrop Grumman works on strategic site advanced protection.

In the United Arab Emirates, Northrop Grumman has been a leading provider of capabilities and technologies in defence, security, and communications, for example, the company is a key subcontractor for the UAE Air Force's F-16 Block 60 Desert Falcon.

Northrop Grumman is proud of its partnerships in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE. For many years the company has partnered with other organizations and institutions in Saudi Arabia through a joint venture. As a result, this has allowed us to develop an active knowledge transfer program that serves as a model for the transition of capabilities to Saudi military forces. The joint venture is also a great example of local workforce development — more than half of the 1,800 employees are Saudi nationals.

Northrop Grumman has established partnerships with numerous organizations and institutions such as King Saud University (KSU), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), the UAE Higher Colleges of Technology, and Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investments (ADASI).

Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) is the sole U.S. government-approved solution for interoperable IAMD C2 for allies and coalition forces. AN/TPS-78 ADCAP Radars

Supported by Northrop Grumman’s more than 60 years of experience in building high-performance radars, the long-range AN/ TPS-78 ADCAP family of radars are fielded and operationally proven by the U.S. Air Force and customers worldwide. ts purpose is to detect and track all slow air and maritime moving targets within the system volume of coverage by providing advanced track initiation and continuity algorithms and reduced false track rates.
